Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Goated Streams, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with our mobile applications, including Party Pals (the "App"). We built Party Pals to be played, not to collect your life story — and this policy reflects that.

1. Information we collect

We do not require an account. You can download and play Party Pals without providing your name, email address, or any personal details to us.

The App stores gameplay data — such as level progress, achievements, unlocked cosmetics, and settings — locally on your device only. We do not transmit or store this data on our servers.

2. Advertising

Party Pals displays advertisements served by Unity Ads (Unity Technologies). To deliver and measure ads, Unity Ads may collect certain information from your device automatically, which can include:

This collection is performed by Unity Technologies under its own privacy policy, available at unity.com/legal/privacy-policy. On iOS, the App respects Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework; if you decline tracking, ads will still be shown but will not use your identifier for personalization.

3. In-app purchases

Party Pals offers optional in-app purchases (such as cosmetic items and ad removal). All purchases are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never see or store your payment card details. Purchase records are handled under Apple's and Google's respective privacy policies.

4. Children's privacy

Party Pals is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information in connection with the App, please contact us at the address below and we will address it promptly.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Information collected by our advertising partner (Unity Ads) is shared with that partner as described in Section 2. We do not otherwise share information with third parties, except where required by law.

6. Data retention and deletion

Because gameplay data lives on your device, deleting the App deletes that data. For information collected by Unity Ads, retention and deletion are governed by Unity's privacy policy; Unity provides opt-out and data request tools at unity.com/legal/privacy-policy.

7. Your choices

• Ad personalization (iOS): decline tracking when prompted, or manage it in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
• Ad personalization (Android): reset or delete your Advertising ID in Settings → Google → Ads.
• Purchases: manage subscriptions and purchase history through your App Store or Google Play account.

8. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will post the revised version on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be reflected before they take effect.
